"I have always felt conscious about my teeth and that has always affected my confidence when having my photos taken, or when I have caught my smile in a reflection I have felt embarrassed and my smile would instantly drop. I am a nervous patient and the patience and understanding and warm welcome I received from Richard and the whole team have supported me through treatment to receive a new smile.

On my wedding day, this enabled me to proudly wear the biggest smile from ear to ear without restriction. I could truly enjoy my special day and have the confidence to pose for all the very many pictures. For the first time in my life, this was not a chore and I can look back through my photos with fondness and pride. I can not thank Richard and the team enough for their support for their knowledge, skills, time, and patience, and the amazing gift of self-confidence!
